Running AMOC

This article in The Guardian focusses on a key ocean current: the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC)

This would have serious consequences for a large part of the planet. The circulation is being disrupted due to the hug quantities of fresh water entering the sea around Greenland due to the rapid rate of melting, and the loss of sea ice.
